A little Baseball

Brando has been playing baseball every weekend since the first of June.

This weekend we started out in Keller and ended up in Cedar Hill (closer to home thank goodness). He played in Cedar Hill at Northwood University and let me tell you, it was like being in Rhuidoso, New Mexico!! The campus is gorgeous. It is so hard to believe you are in the Dallas area, right off I20!

Trees everywhere!

There is a "mountain" as Brando called it, right behind center field.

The team running to center field for stretching before the game.

This is a previous game in Keller.

He is doing really really well with this team.

He was moved up from a 15/16 team to a 17/18 team!

Have a super day!

Soccer Camp II

See, even the big kids love their popsicle at the end of camp!

Playing a little scrimmage.
Can you believe how tall he is getting?
Got a new haircut too...and contacts!
He is growing up way too fast.

The entry way the morning of camp...
Skill training and getting warmed up.

It will be a semi quiet week around here.
Keyto and Tuck are off to Nana and Papa's for the week.
They have lots of fun stuff planned like Schitterbahn, swimming and movies!
Brando leaves on Thursday for a tournament in Arkansas!
I will be working at The Crafty Scrapper and also teaching a Pre-Teen class!
Have a super week!

Happy Father's Day

to my husband and father of my wonderful boys, my Dad, and Brent's Dad!
We are very blessed to have all three of you in our lives.
As you can see, Brent spent Father's Day at the baseball field :)
Lots of hugs,
K, B, K, and T

Soccer Camp I

Last week was RO Soccer Camp for Tucker and Keyto.
Everyday at the end they got a popsicle.
The last day they received a popsicle, certificate and T-SHIRT!
Waiting in the popsicle line which obviously makes camp worth while!

Looking serious while getting some gatorade!

Showing off those camp skills...

Stay tuned for Keyto!

Last soccer game this season

Both boys played the last game of the season a week ago this last Saturday.

I can't believe I got such a great shot of Keyto in action!

They tied the other team 2-2.

They were missing 7 players (all fowards) and their main coach.

Keyto got to play foward and had a couple of shots on the goal.

Way to go!

Guess who was the sub Coach!

2010 Baseball Banquet

I am a little late in posting these pictures, but I am too proud of Brandan not to!
He received the honor of being selected for All District Team 1.
Brandan has gotten really close to a couple of the seniors.
It was a lot of fun to see them all relaxing and having a good time.

Brandan and Samantha looking snazzy as usual.

Myself and several moms met that morning at Whataburger to get ready for decorating!
We had the best time. I have gotten to know some of the Moms really well this season and just love them so much and am so grateful to have finally found in them what I had in my baseball friends in Lubbock. One of the Moms has a senior who is her baby, but we have promised to keep in touch. The other Mom also has a Senior, but luckily her middle son is also Brandan's age so we are in these last two years together. :)
We had cupcakes with all the boys #'s.
B was 20 in case you didn't know!

I thought everything turned out really nice!
In the meantime, we have moved on to club baseball with his Arlington A's team.
Have you noticed how hot it is outside....
